Get training and support

When you purchase FlowDezk we offer two hours of free online training and two hours of free support to get you started. Your account manager will plan the dates for your webinar and explain how you can post support tickets.

Do you need more time or do you expect more support tickets? Choose one of our training and support plans and we’ll have you covered.

We could have fully automated your onboarding but we prefer to help you get set up smoothly, so your team will love using FlowDezk from the start.

That’s why we’re offering four hours of free training and support and you can use them any way you want. We can help your initial user to get through the onboarding steps and create other users, for example. Or we can support your admin users showing them how to take full advantage of the available configuration features. And we can set up a webinar for your account and project managers or even – if you’d like that – your vendors, so they can get started as quickly as possible.

All users will be able to download a manual that has been adapted to their role by clicking on the Help link. But if that’s not enough or if you need us to train additional staff or set up a refresher course, you can purchase additional training/support hours. If you buy packages of ten hours, you’ll benefit from a volume discount.

Support tickets are easily created by sending an e-mail message to our support address. But we’ll tell you more about that when we onboard you. As a matter of fact our support offering is as flexible as our solution is – a lot is standard but everything is possible.
